The Health professionals of Zimbabwe have prepared the message below as the nation’s health systems collapses. Health professionals warned Zimbabweans to fight Covid 19 from home at the early stages of infection to avoid the risk of going to hospitals. Government Spokesperson Nick Mangwana issued a chilling warning this week advising Zimbabweans to avoid contracting COVID 19 at whatever cost. Mangwana literally announced that people were now on their own as the government was no longer able to contain the pandemic.

Social media is awash with distress calls from Zimbabweans who are desperately seeking hospitals with ventilators offering to pay exorbitant sums of US dollars. Some hospitals are reportedly charging US$5000 literally sentencing to the poor to the graveyard.
