Chiredzi magistrate arrested for sodomising Court Interpreter
A Chiredzi Magistrate, Simbarashe Gundani was arrested on Friday for allegedly sodomising a Court interpreter.
Gundani will be appear in court in Masvingo on Monday.
Gundani (30) and the complainant Kudzanai Pesanai(32) were seen enjoying liqour at the Show grounds on 20 November 2021 until the wicked hours of the night.
The duo staggered out of the bar and proceeded to the accused’s house at number in Impala Road as the complainant was too drunk to drive home in West Road.
The accused offered the complainant accommodation for the night.
It is alleged that Pesani woke up to find Gundani on top of him with his lips shoved in his mouth.
Before he could understand what was happening to him Gundani allegedly started sucking his 4-5 without his consent.
The horny accused allegedly requested anal sex from the Court interpreter, much to his shock as he could not come to terms with his boss’s weird behave. The complaint promised to give it to him later in an effort to buy time to stop the Magistrate from pestering him.
The Court Interpreter drove to the police station from the Magistrate’s house to open a case of sodomy leading to the Gundani’s arrest. He was detained under detention number DB 975/21. Police are continuing with investigations on the
