This Zimbabwean going by the name Kelvin Marenga and living in Cape Town in South Africa, is said to have fled his girlfriend’s house after allegedly raping her daughter. The girl’s relatives are seeking help from anyone who meets him or who knows his whereabouts, to report him to the nearest police station. Please listen to the distressing audio attached.
