In his defense, Madhuku told the court that he was provoked by his wife. He said when he asked about the test kit, Rwasunda retorted and said he was luck that he did not find a used cond0m in the home.
“I found a preg_nancy test kit on the bed and when I tried to ask my wife, she warned me not be shocked as I can even find a used cond0m in the room,” said Madhuku.

Madhuku got angry and assaulted the complainant with open hands on the face and she sustained injuries.
