Cheeky cheaters caught in the act with a mentally handicapped married woman

In a shocking case of infidelity and rapǝ, two men from Zimunya village in Zimbabwe have been arrested for having unprotǝcted sǝx with a marriǝd woman who is believed to be mentally challenged. The woman’s husband, who was drunk and slǝǝping next to them, was oblivious to the whole affair.

The two culprits, Joshua Chabodo (48) and Freddy Mwatutsa (46), confessed to their crime at a community court presided by Headman Chigodora. The court session was recorded and shared on social media, sparking outrage and disbelief among netizens.

The two men appeared before Mutare regional magistrate, Ms Pathekhile Msipa on Wednesday, facing rapǝ charges as defined in Section 65 (1) as read with Section 64 (3) of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act, Chapter 9:23. They were remanded in custody to June 7 and were advised to apply for bail at the High Court.

According to the prosecutor, Ms Perseverance Musukuto, the scandalous incident happened sometime in April on an unknown date. Chabodo visited the woman and her husband at their homestead in Chikara Village and showed her some p0rn0graphic videos on his cellphone. He then left, promising to come back later.

That night, Chabodo sneaked into the couple’s bǝdroom as they were slǝǝping. He asked the woman if she wanted to try what he had shown her on his phone earlier. She agreed, and they proceeded to have sǝx several times while her husband snored away next to them.

The next morning, the husband’s sister saw Chabodo tiptoeing out of the bǝdroom and raised alarm. She confronted the woman, who admitted that she had sǝx with Chabodo. She also revealed that Mwatutsa had also rapǝd her on a different occasion.

The matter was reported to Headman Chigodora, who summoned the two men for a public hearing. The men admitted to their crime, saying they were lured by the victim.
