Court removes Siziba and Chibaya from ballot
CCC deputy Spokesman, Hon. Ostallos Siziba was arrested for alleged incitement of violence
BREAKING NEWS: Justice Pisirayi Kwenda has ordered the removal of Amos Chibaya and Gift Ostallos Siziba’s names from the ballot for February 3 by-election.
Kwenda ruled that Siziba, Chibaya, another third candidate and 20 CCC council candidates ceased to be CCC members.
The self imposed secretary general Sengezo Tshabangu, has successfully ended Siziba and Chibaya’s political career’s after getting the High Court to remove them from the ballot in the February 3 by elections.
