Sikhala Trial: Sikhala loses first round over jurisdiction

Deputy chief magistrate Godfrey Mandaza rules that MPs Job Sikhala and Godfrey Sithole were properly brought before the court.
Mandaza made the ruling while throwing out defence objections over jurisdiction.
Court now hearing complaints against police and Sikhala complained that over 30 anti-riot police stormed home leaving his children and other family members scared.
