Video: Matemadanda urges Zimbos to rise up against Zanu PF
Deputy Minister of Defence Victor Matemadanda
The Zanu PF Commissariat Victor Matemadanda is fuming over the missing $15 billion which disappeared from the national coffers.
The money was raised through sale of diamonds from Chiadzwa . In a Video which surfaced over the weekend, Matemadanda said the money belongs to Zimbabweans, not to Zanu PF or war veterans.
It is however not clear when exactly Matemadamba made the utterances.
